Shipping Policy — Nintai Protocol

All orders are fulfilled on demand through our production partner. This means each item is made specifically for you once your order is placed. You may receive the order in multiple packages, this is normal.

Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before they ship.  
During launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Canada:  
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days after shipment

United States:  
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days after shipment

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package has shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes once they reach your country.  
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by us.

Tracking
All orders include tracking.  
You will receive a tracking link by email once your package ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

1. Check with neighbors or your local post office  
2. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)  
3. Contact us if it still hasn’t arrived

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist in filing a carrier claim when possible.

We cannot guarantee changes after the order is sent to production.
