Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
